How to activate GTA 5 cheats

Firstly, you can activate cheat codes in GTA 5 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC by going to your phone and opening your Contacts, hitting the button to show the keypad, then dialing the number listed for the GTA 5 cheat code you want. However, note that these numbers always start with 1-999, followed by the PC cheat code spelled out by hitting the keypad numbers with the matching letters.
