Escape From Tarkov Customs Map Guide 2023
In this post, we will see the key locations and features of the Escape from Tarkov Customs map. The map takes its name from the customs terminal in the area, while the area itself is denoted as the industrial part of Tarkov. Players will also find warehouses, two dorm buildings, two gas stations, and Reshala, a SCAV boss. T
here are multiple maps available, so we will try to extract the most out of them to list the most vital spots, such as:
- Extraction Points (PMC, SCAV, All)
- PMC Spawns
- Scav Spawns
- Scav Snipers
- Loot spots: Stashes, Barrel caches, Ground caches, Weapon crates and boxes, grenade boxes, cash registers, toolboxes, computers, medicine and medical bags.

Escape From Tarkov Customs Map (EFT Customs Map)
Escape from Tarkov Customs map spawn and extraction points
Players either spawn on the western side (Customs Side) and extract on the eastern side of the map, or spawn on the east (Boiler Side) and extract on the west side of the map. So, you will never start in the middle of the map.
Customs map extracts
There are more than 25 extraction points in the Customs Map, so it's good to know all the locations.
There are 3 common points, regardless of whether you play as SCAV or PMC. These are the following:
- Crossroads
- Old Gas Station
- Ruaf Roadblock
Now let's look at the 6 PMC extraction points:
- ZB-1011
- ZB-1012
- ZB-1013
- Trailer Park
- Smugglers Boat
- Dorms V-EX
Here are the extraction points if you play as SCAV:
- Trailer Park Worker's Shack
- Railroad to Tarkov
- Railroad to Port
- Warehouse 17
- Sniper Roadblock
- Factory Shacks
- Old Road Gate
- Railroad Military Base
- Passage Between Rocks
- Military Base Checkpoint
- Scav Checkpoint
- Administration Gate
- Factory Far Corner.
EFT Customs Map Points of Interest
The three main points of interest in Customs are Dorms, New Gas Station, and Construction. All three are located in the middle of the map and you will find most PMC players around them.

EFT Customs Map Orientation Points
On the west side of the map, you will start between many small garages, a large truck yard with a red warehouse, or directly across from a river.
In contrast, if you see nothing else but trees, rocks, and meadows, you are in northeastern Customs. Starting in the factory would mean either waking up in a hall or seeing only a few brick buildings and silos.
The following points of orientation may be helpful:
- Bridge over the river (west-east connection).
- Gas station & bus stop along the main street.
- Dorms in the northern part of campus are cut off.
- On the west side of the map, there is a road blockade.
- Garages can be found in the east of the map.
Escape From Tarkov Customs Map PMC Spawn Locations
The landing spots if you play as PMC are mostly scattered to the east and the west, but as you can see from the map, there are also two spawn locations closer to the center – Storage Building and Warehouse 4. These are closer to the boss location at New Gas Station and close to SCAV Sniper locations.
Customs Map Boss Locations (Reshala)
The three primary locations Reshala spawns are the Dorms, the New Gas Station, or the Scav Stronghold. On rare occasions, you may also find him at the Power Tower southwest of the New Gas Station or the passage connecting the Military Checkpoint with the Power Tower.

Know thy enemy locations. It's a good idea to know where to expect SCAV spawns and the locations of SCAV snipers, which you should approach with caution. There are 5 Sniper locations on the Customs map.
